Shipping charges are based upon the weight of your order. We provide you with two economical shipping options: First Class mail or Priority Mail. Charges are taken directly from the United States Postal Service, & 1.25 cent handling fee is added to the shipping charges.
 

Delivery Time-Lines:
 

Orders are processed in a timely manner. Due to increased demand, please allow 7-10 days for delivery within the United States and 10-21 days delivery for International orders. Orders may not be reshipped until after ample delivery time has been allotted. Your patience in this matter is greatly appreciated.

All of our patterns are designed using full cross stitch only. There are no fractional, specialty or back-stitching of any kind!! (Perfect for even beginners)

Mystic Stitch does not offer ready made "Kits" (Fabric & Floss are NOT Included) This is something that we are considering however, at the moment they are not offered.

Recommended Method For Stitching Our Patterns...
 

Select Aida cloth that is 4-6" longer & wider than the finished size-to allow for margins

Begin Stitching in the upper left corner of your fabric, starting with page 1 of your pattern (instead of the traditional way of beginning at the center of the pattern)

Stitch one (10 x 10) stitch block at a time, then move onto an adjacent 10 x 10 block. and continue in this manner until the entire page is stitched (Post-It notes work great for blocking off parts of the pattern grid!)

The numbers found in the corners of each page tell you which page gets stitched next to the one you are working on.

A scrolling frame is recommended for stitching our designs. Because of the large number of stitches in our patterns, our patterns take longer to stitch than ordinary cross stitch patterns, and using the hoop can make marks on the fabric.

Refunds/Exchange Policy:
 

Due to the printed nature of the materials we produce, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS but will gladly offer a store credit if you are not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase.

Faulty Patterns:

If the Pattern is faulty in any way, will we refund the cost of returning the goods to us and the price you may have paid for the defective pattern. The faulty pattern must be returned within a reasonable period of time.
